I was especially impressed that Ms Rupp followed up the next morning to see if my ultrasound had occurred. After the ultrasound she again followed up with a call.
I was referred for physical therapy but in the meantime the pain worsened and I was in the emergency room for further relief from the pain and recommended follow up. I was then referred to ortho. That appointment proved that I was in worse shape than originally thought and further ortho intervention was recommended. My Carilion provider is aware of what is happening at this time.
