Kristina exemplifies Carilion core values. She went above and beyond working me into her schedule that day. The care was so great that I wrote a letter to her bosses and Nancy Agee.

I have no basis for a bad experience. It was good and the provider has an exceptional bedside manner and he listened. Given my condition and how long I have had this and I am going from specialist to specialist my confidence from this appointment isn't what it could be since I have been referred to another specialist not knowing if I have to come back to this one and start over. He did the best he could with the information that was in front of him.
